Our aim in our concert films is to express the musician`s / conductor`s concept of the music performed. In case of orchestral works, we always indicate that the conductor is in the center of the performance, making visible the contact between him and the musicians. Before developing the sequence of images, the shots and editing, we consult the musician, in most cases analysing the score, measure by measure, in order the make visible every detail of the music the conductor or instrumentalist considers important. We are convinced that what you see you also hear, therefore, in accordance with the conductor`s intentions, we never miss an instrument at moments it plays an important part.
Even a solo piano piece can be taped using many cameras. In spite of this, the editing is done by analyzing the music played. That means that we strictly consider the structure of music when dividing the image between cameras. There are no superficial or unnecessary cuts and images.
All staff members, including cameramen, editor, etc. are experienced in classical music videos.
The types of cameras, and all technical equipment are selected in compliance with the technical qualities (such as size, acoustics, even the style) of the location.
